Shipping & Returns


We ship quickly and we use only the information you have given us in your checkout process. If there are errors in your delivery address, or you have provided the wrong information, we ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE for non-delivery.

We ship daily using USPS and FEDEX. All domestic packages have delivery confirmation. Delivery time is 2-5 days for domestic packages, and usually 7-10 business days for international, depending on customs.


If our tracking shows delivered through USPS, then it is delivered. If it is not in your mailbox, or on your porch, there is nothing we can do on our end to make it appear, we are not the Postal Office, and we are not the mailman that is at your doorstep dropping off packages every day. Use some common sense here. We do not re-send orders that are tracked and show delivery. Very rarely has this ever even come up, but hey, we have to cover our asses for all the scammers out there that are trying to rip off businesses.

It is your responsibility to provide accurate information to ensure delivery of your order. If you have errored in entering information, we will not be responsible for the non-delivery of the package. Also, we are not responsible for stolen packages, if you live in a bad area it is YOUR responsiblity to get your mail, not ours. Use some common sense and realize that again WE ARE NOT THE MAILMAN DROPPING OFF YOUR PACKAGE! If you have special circumstances that require us to write a note on the package (like "leave on back porch" etc) then make sure to add that to your "comments" during checkout and we will try to do everything we can to make sure your need are met.
